  1. Do you accept returns or exchanges? If so, what is your return policy?
    We would love to be able to accept returns but due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. More of our quality manufacturers are offering longer warranties and even product exchanges if you have an issue after the sale.
  2. Are the online discounts available in store?
    Promo codes, discounts, and clearance items on are available online only and not valid in store.

Product Questions

  1. Are batteries included in your products, and do you check if the item works before shipping?
    Batteries are not included with your purchase. We do test our products by placing our own batteries into battery-operated items to ensure that everything works properly before shipping. If needed, we have batteries available to purchase at a great price.
  2. Do the products come with warranties or guaranties?
    Most of our manufacturers offer warranties on their products. You may need to visit their website to register your items or to request a replacement.
